Bucharest's tourist potential still untapped

Promoting Romania's image, and implicitly that of Bucharest, is a widely debated subject in both public institutions and international associations, whose activities suffer from the lack of a national brand for Romania. Once Romania joins the EU, it will be automatically included in the European tourist circuit, which does not necessarily make it a tourist attraction. The Romania Convention Bureau (RCB), a private organization supported by its members, aims to promote Romania and its main destinations, including its capital, on foreign markets.

Danube Delta - natural reservation

If you go to Danube Delta you will be astonished by the natural beauty of the region. It is amazing how the nature gave us such wonderful surroundings. It is a nice place to explore, to visit, I always said it is nice to be in the middle of the nature.

Unfortunately, this year, Romania had a few floods and everybody had to suffer from this. From humans to animals, everybody have been affected by the climate changes. There were a few weeks when the rain seemed not to stop at all. The houses were inundated, the rivers went out from their usual flux...Even Dunarea River was affected by the rain; at a certain point, it was bigger than usual.
Despite all, Danube Delta is a marvelous place to visit.

welcome
